Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 24 hours and dispatched for the next courier pick up (9am Monday to Friday).

If there are times where orders cannot be processed due to holidays or staff on leave, there will be a notice displayed on the website and during check out of when your order will be processed. If you still wish to proceed with the order I will email you details of when your order will be dispatched.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout using a third party application.

Shipping companies that I currently use are: Castle Parcels, Post Haste, New Zealand Couriers, New Zealand Post, Urgent Couriers and FedEx.

Disclaimer: Shipping rates can change without notice from time to time due to factors beyond my control, these changes are automatically applied at the checkout using my third Party application.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

I currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When I have processed your order, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.

Customs, duties, and taxes

3rd Axis Prints Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

3rd Axis Prints Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
I will however endeavor to resolve or help with any issues that arise from damaged goods with the shipping company. Contact me on sales@3rdaxisprints.kiwi.nz if you require any assistance.

International Shipping Policy

I currently do not offer international shipping through the website. If however you wish to ship internationally, please email me at sales@3rdaxisprints.kiwi.nz and I can arrange it for you.

Pick Up Policy

If you wish to pick up your order from my address, select pick up during checkout. I will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when your order is ready. If you require your order urgently please call me to arrange.
